You Never Go Alone

A devotional for Friday

Matthew 28:20
"I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

Jesus closes the Great Commission with a promise. He doesn't simply send His followers out and wish them luck. He goes with them. That's still true today. Every conversation, every act of service, every invitation, every moment of faithfulness happens in the presence of Christ. We often worry about saying the wrong thing or not knowing enough. But the success of the mission has never depended on our perfection. It depends on His presence. The same Jesus who calls us to go also promises to stay. That means we can walk into every day with confidence, not because we have all the answers, but because we know the One who does.
