Would They Know?

A devotional for Friday

"He was faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy."
Daniel 6:4 (NLT)

One of the most convicting parts of Daniel's story is that everyone around him knew exactly who he belonged to. Not because he talked about his faith constantly, but because his life reflected it consistently. His integrity, reliability, humility, and prayer life all pointed people toward God. The same question challenges us today. If no one ever heard us talk about Jesus, would they still recognize Him through the way we live? Would our kindness stand out? Our honesty? Our compassion? Our generosity? Our faithfulness? None of us will live perfectly, but every day presents another opportunity to reflect Christ a little more clearly. Our greatest witness often isn't found in what we say...it's found in how we live.
