The Wonderful Things God Has Done

A devotional for Wednesday

Acts 2:11
“We all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!”

The miracle of Pentecost wasn’t just about speaking; it was about people hearing and understanding the goodness of God. The Spirit empowered the believers so others could encounter the message of Jesus clearly. That still matters today. People need to hear about what God has done. Not just through sermons, but through everyday stories of faith, healing, grace, and transformation. You don’t have to have all the answers to share what God has done in your life. Your story matters. Sometimes the most powerful witness is simple honesty about how God has carried you, changed you, or met you in difficult moments. The Spirit often works through ordinary conversations and faithful sharing.
