Remember What God Has Done

A devotional for Monday

Psalm 77:11
"But then I recall all you have done, O LORD; I remember your wonderful deeds of long ago."

One of the greatest gifts God gives us is the ability to remember. Throughout Scripture, God's people regularly paused to tell the stories of His faithfulness. They built altars, celebrated feasts, and shared testimonies so future generations would know that God had been with them. We need those reminders too. It's easy to focus on today's worries and forget yesterday's miracles. But when we stop to remember, our faith grows. Testimonies aren't simply stories about the past; they become hope for the present. The same God who was faithful then is faithful now. And remembering His work gives us confidence to trust Him with whatever comes next.

Question/Challenge:
What is one moment of God's faithfulness in your life that you need to remember today?
