One Step Toward Nineveh

"Then the LORD ordered the fish to spit Jonah out onto the beach."

Jonah's story didn't end in the belly of the fish. God gave him another chance. The beach wasn't the finish line! It was a fresh beginning. Sometimes we assume our failures disqualify us from God's purposes, but Scripture tells a different story. God delights in restoring people and inviting them back into His mission. Maybe you've made mistakes. Maybe you've delayed your obedience. Maybe you've spent more time running than following. The good news is that God's grace is greater than your past. Today can be the day you begin again. You don't have to have every answer or see the entire journey. You simply need to take the next faithful step. God is remarkably good at meeting us there. One step of obedience today can change the direction of your tomorrow.
