Love Leaves Fingerprints

Love Leaves Fingerprints

A devotional for Tuesday

Acts 9:39
“The room was filled with widows who were weeping and showing him the coats and other clothes Dorcas had made for them.”

The widows held physical reminders of Tabitha’s love. The garments she made became evidence of a life poured out for others. Love leaves fingerprints. Often the greatest impact we make is not through big public moments, but through tangible acts of care that people carry with them long after. Encouragement, generosity, time, prayers, and presence all leave marks on the lives around us. Sometimes we underestimate the impact of consistent love because it feels ordinary. But ordinary faithfulness becomes extraordinary over time. The people around Tabitha didn’t just remember what she said. They remembered how she loved them. That kind of legacy still matters deeply today.

Question/Challenge:
What kind of “fingerprints” are you leaving on the people closest to you?
