Our Leadership

Lead Pastors

Pastors Jeremy and Kristie Selvidge serve as the lead pastors of The Table. They have been serving in ministry since 1995, with experience in both youth ministry and lead pastor roles in Michigan, Texas, and Tennessee. Since 2019, they have faithfully invested in this church community and are grateful to continue that journey in this new season of ministry.Jeremy and Kristie have been married since 1997 and have three children: Regan, Jace, and Rylan. As a family, they highly value time spent together and making memories that last a lifetime. Pastors Jeremy and Kristie have a heart for people and love connecting one-on-one, getting to know individuals and hearing their stories. It is their desire to partner with the people of The Table to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom in the Murfreesboro area and to see lives transformed as people grow in their relationship with Christ.

Lead Pastor

Pastor Thomas Crummer and his wife, Traci, bring 18 years of ministry experience and a heart for people to The Table. Thomas has served in youth ministry, worship leadership, church planting, and lead pastor roles in Tennessee. For the past seven years, he has been at Barfield and now joins The Table as a lead pastor, using his creativity and passion to see lives changed through Christ. Traci leads our Hospitality ministry, sharing her gift of welcoming others with warmth and care. Married in 2009, they have two sons, Owen and Eli, and love building family traditions - from board games and movie nights to hosting friends and family and celebrating Christmas. Together, they are committed to helping people experience God’s love, grow in faith, and find a place at The Table.

Alanna Childers is a gifted musician and loves leading people into worship, especially those upbeat, joy-filled moments that lift the room. Beyond the church, she works at the Arc, caring for people with special needs with the same kindness and attentiveness that mark all she does. Married to Andrew, she treasures time with family, laughter, and helping others experience the love of Christ in real, tangible ways.

Christine Duke brings a heart for serving and a love for music to The Table. She works as a transport nurse, just wrapped up her second degree in Christian Ministry, and somehow still finds time to sing and lead others into worship. Christine loves iced coffee, spending time with her dog Sammy (who looks a lot like Scooby Doo), and using her gifts to help people encounter Jesus. Her joy for serving and her passion for worship make her a beloved part of our Table family.

Jamie Bloom has been part of the Real Life family longer than anyone and now helps lead worship at The Table. He is married to Jessica and dad to Zach, Sophia, and Sydney. A PA by profession, Jamie grew up a missionary kid, and his love for music, travel, and new experiences is matched only by his passion for seeing people come together and encounter the power of Christ. He’s a foodie at heart (one day he’ll run his own food truck), and he never passes up a concert, a good meal, or a chance to cheer on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Jordan Crenshaw brings both laughter and depth wherever he goes. Married to his high school sweetheart, April, and dad to Nola, Jordan is just as quick with a spot-on impersonation or clever pop culture reference as he is to dive into a meaningful conversation about God’s love. A lifelong music lover and proud Tennessee Vols fan, he carries both joy and sincerity into worship, helping others encounter the grace that’s changed his own life.
